While visiting Oil city for business , I had to stay there for the night. The price that was post online was not the one they applied to my stay. Nevertheless, my stay was pleasant, the room was nice , the mattress comfortable and clean, the iron with table as well as the hair dryer. I hope I will have the opportunity to come back.
Bed was great and super clean, decor wasn't bad if a little simple. Desk was friendly but a little gruff with the 3rd party I booked with. All in all I enjoyed my peaceful night and woke up feeling refreshed and glad I stayed.
Fantastic for value, very clean no roaches or dirty linen and quiet, safe for family with children, near a river to swim, fish and kayak...great service, attentive and friendly. Although here for business training, I look forward to eating at the restaurant next door.
Front desk was nice rates are fair, adequate accommodations for the price, nothing fancy just comfortable enough for us and our dog and oh yeah PET FRIENDLY which is wonderful! Thanks will stay again next time I visit!
Have stayed there many times because we have family in the area. Always a pleasant experience, not a lot of frills, but clean, large rooms and management is very responsive to requests. Highly recommend.
After driving through nonstop rain on our road trip across Pennsylvania, my friend Seth and I arrived in Franklin tired, wet, and just looking for a place to crash. Knights Inn might not be winning awards for luxury—but that night, it felt like a sanctuary. We were greeted with a smile, handed a key, and given a soft bed to rest our heads. You can smoke in the rooms—which, in itself, feels like something out of another era—but hey, it added to the vibe. It was dry, warm, and ready when we needed it. Much like the inn that gave Mary and Joseph a place to rest, this humble little motel was our gleaming star of hope at the end of a long and winding journey.
Just the Motel I needed for a 10 hour sleep ! The room had all I needed for comfort including a refrigerator, coffee and coffee maker, blow dryer, flat screen tv a comfortable king bed and the most perfect pillows and more. Thank You Knights Inn I will see you again soon.
Rooms are clean and basic. Could definitely use more pillows, but you get what you pay for. The AC worked really well, but the heat had a bad smell. Staff was pleasant and attentive to our needs. It's a convenient location due to the restaurant directly beside this place.
